2.2 Automatically Collected Telemetry

• Reading & Audio Progress: Current page bookmark checkpoints, reading streak records, daily listening duration, and preferred playback speeds.
• Technical Diagnostics: IP address, device type, browser specifications, operating system, and error logs for server stability.

2.3 Local Storage & Session Data

• Right to Rectification: You can update your name, password, and reading preferences directly in your in-app Settings.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can permanently delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Account deletion triggers a full cascade purge, permanently wiping your user profile, all uploaded documents, reading history, and notes from our cloud storage and databases.

We retain your user data only for as long as your account remains active. If you delete a document from your library, it is immediately purged from active storage. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data is permanently erased within thirty (30) days of the request.

9. Children's Privacy

RodaRead is designed for general audiences and learners aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental or educational institution consent. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will promptly delete that information.
